Our founder and president, Mr. Al
Pippard is a POS veteran who for 43 years has been dedicated to
providing solutions for retailers. Starting with NCR in 1963, Al
progressed through various marketing positions eventually guiding the
creation of NCR’s Specialty Store Marketing Division. In 1982 he
founded PIP Retail Systems, which became one of the largest NCR
dealerships in North America. The
present company, Pippard Incorporated, was established May 8, 1991 to
pursue the creation of the Modular Retail Terminal or MRT. The MRT
with its surrounding services has provided a paradigm shift in the way
POS delivers value to its users. Each user is a beneficiary, receiving
additional value and savings totaling several thousand dollars per MRT.
We continue to attract and employ
experienced retail systems professionals who each contribute greatly
to our wealth of POS specific knowledge and ability. Pippard has
strong ongoing working relationships with many POS software vendors
and has integrated these company’s POS applications for delivery to
thousands of sites. Long-standing direct relationships exist with
major POS equipment manufacturers and distributors. |
